The Weight brings Ethan Hawke and Russell Crowe into a gold-smuggling nightmare
A prison camp, a desperate father and enough gold to make every man in the wilderness suspicious of the person walking beside him. The Weight has a deliberately old-fashioned setup, and Padraic McKinley seems perfectly happy with that. The Ethan Hawke and Russell Crowe thriller is now screening at Deauville ahead of its September theatrical release.
