Poison Ivy HBO Series in Development: The Penguin Creator Lauren LeFranc Is in Talks to Produce
Another Batman villain could be getting a television story of her own. HBO and DC are developing a potential live-action Poison Ivy series, with The Penguin creator Lauren LeFranc in talks to join as a producer. The project would focus on Pamela Isley, the botanist whose relationship with plants has made her one of Gotham City's most distinctive adversaries. Unlike The Penguin, however, the proposed series is not expected to take place within Matt Reeves' Batman universe.
