Mortal Shell: beneath Dark Souls' shadow, Fallgrim finds a few obsessions of its own
Mortal Shell never makes anyone forget Dark Souls, particularly when it whispers cryptic theology among ruined temples and armoured warriors. Its world becomes more convincing through the details it actually owns: borrowed identities, memory as a resource and brief flashes of odd humour. Fallgrim is derivative, but not empty.
